WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR? 
At the end of each Learning Period, you will be expected to fill out a Turn In Meeting Google Form. This is a detailed form that will ask you questions about each of the six classes you are required to teach to your students; English Language Arts, math, science, social studies, P.E., and an elective. The information you provide on this form used to help create your child's grade book and tells CORE and the State of California that you are covering the appropriate topics and standards required for your student's grade level. I will send out a reminder about a week before the TIM is due. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Thank you in advance for having this in on time before our scheduled meeting. 


WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I FILL OUT THE FORM?
There will be a separate section for each of the six subjects mentioned above. PLEASE BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE. In the TOPICS COVERED section under each subject, be sure to list ALL of the topics and concepts you covered with your child during the Learning Period. It is often helpful to get out your child's curriculum and use the table of contents, lesson headings, chapter headings, and listed state standards to assist you in completing these sections. 


I HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN ON YOUR ROSTER. HOW MANY FORMS DO I SUBMIT? 
Please submit an individual form for each of your children.
